Before starting our next #PassiveHouse build, we will be de-constructing an existing home on the property. 

Many of our clients require demolition of an existing home prior to re-buiding their new home. We offer our clients the option of choosing "De-Construction" or Green Demolition, over a more traditional demolition.

Typically, a traditional demolition will add tonnes to our landfills. It doesn't necessarily have to be this way! By dismantling an old home, and either recycling or up-cycling many of the elements, we can divert wood, metal, and even cement from the landfills.

We will #recycle, #reuse and donate all we can from this de-construction. Careful de-construction= less to the landfill. Good on all levels!
